Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t, due to the fragile nature of ceramics we'd rather not risk a possible breakage in the mail, and don't want our collectors to feel pressured to be top-notch shippers! Please contact us if there's a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues.
What do I do if my item arrived damaged?
Our items are always packaged with great care, however ceramics are still fragile and breakages can happen. If it does, be sure to let us know via email and include any photos of the damage. We prefer that you send this info within 4 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to resolve the issue!
