Thank you for shopping with Pathhead Pottery! We’re a small pottery studio based in the UK, and we take great care in packing and shipping your handmade pieces safely to your doorstep.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details (if applicable).
Please note:

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Lead times will be specified on the product page.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on size and location.
Packaging
All items are carefully wrapped in eco-friendly and recyclable packaging, where possible, to ensure your pottery arrives safely and sustainably.
Local Pickup
Local collection from our studio in Pathhead is available at no cost. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time.
Shipping Delays
Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g., holidays) or for rural locations. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by the courier or weather are unfortunately out of our control.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
